Refund policy
At New Friends, each product is carefully crafted and quality checked before dispatch. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Customers are required to share clear images of the product along with proof of purchase for verification.
Once the return is approved and the item is received, a replacement or refund will be processed accordingly. Refunds are issued using the original payment method.
Please note:
• Customized or special-order items are non-returnable
• Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear are not eligible
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side
All return requests must be approved before sending the product back.
